Online Purchases & Returns
We offer a 5-day return window for online ready-to-wear purchases of full-priced items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Please note that all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

In-Store Purchases, Custom Orders & Returns
As each Karigur creation is exclusively crafted to your measurements and preferences, we maintain a strict no-returns/cancellations policy for custom orders. This ensures we can continue offering the highest level of personalization and craftsmanship that our clients expect.

Production Timeline
- Standard custom bridal orders require 12-16 weeks for completion
- This timeline ensures perfect execution of every detail
- We do not offer rush orders to maintain our quality standards
- External factors may occasionally affect completion times

For Approved Returns:
- Customer bears return shipping costs & fees
- Original shipping costs incurred by Karigur are non-refundable
- Refunds process within two weeks after inspection
- Credit applies to the original payment method
